We have a well-defined expansion strategy that will take us from our current 1.5 Mw hydro project to 1500 MW capacity within the next 5-7 years. Our success is built on a structured approach, strong government ties, and a highly specialized team, ensuring efficient execution at every stage.
How We Scale from 1.5 Mw to 1500 MW
Our growth will be driven by three core teams, each responsible for a critical phase of project development. This structured approach minimizes delays, secures approvals faster, and ensures successful project execution.
1. Project Acquisition & Development Team
Identifies new hydroelectric sites with strong water flow and feasible grid connectivity. Conducts feasibility studies and prepares Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) to evaluate financial and technical viability. Secures Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) before project execution, guaranteeing revenue streams. Builds strong relationships with government agencies and investors to accelerate the acquisition of new projects.
2. Government Approvals & Compliance Team
Handles all regulatory clearances and approvals, ensuring each project is developed without unnecessary delays. Manages No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for fisheries, wildlife, revenue, forest clearance, and lease agreements. Navigates the government subsidy framework to reduce capital costs and secure funding support. Works closely with state and central authorities to align with India’s renewable energy goals.
3 Land Acquisition & Execution Team
Acquires land for project development, ensuring legal compliance and community collaboration. Oversees construction and infrastructure development, ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion. Implements advanced engineering solutions for efficient hydroelectric power generation and grid integration. Manages post-construction operations, maintenance, and optimization to ensure consistent power generation and long-term sustainability.
The 5-7 Year Scaling Plan
We have divided our growth strategy into three phases, each designed to build upon the success of the previous projects and scale efficiently.
Phase 1 (Year 1-2) – Foundation & Validation (1.5 Mw to 25 Mw)
✅ 1.5 Mw Project Completion: Currently under construction, expected to generate INR 50 lakh per month upon commissioning.
✅ 25 Mw Project Commencement: DPR preparation is in progress, and construction will begin in the next 6 months.
✅ Establish Operational Excellence: Streamline team processes for efficient execution and smooth scaling.
✅ Secure Additional Project Approvals: Identify and acquire 50-100 MW worth of new projects to prepare for rapid scaling.
Phase 2 (Year 3-5) – Rapid Expansion (25 Mw to 500 MW)
✅ Commission 25 Mw Project: Generate consistent revenue and reinvest in new project acquisitions.
✅ Scale to 100-200 MW Projects: Secure multiple medium-scale hydro projects in Himachal Pradesh and other suitable regions.
✅ Strengthen Investor & Government Ties: Expand partnerships with government bodies, financial institutions, and private investors.
✅ Leverage PPA-Backed Revenue Model: Use long-term PPAs to ensure guaranteed buyers for electricity, eliminating market risks.
✅ Implement Advanced Hydro Solutions: Optimize turbine efficiency, automation, and grid integration for higher energy output.
Phase 3 (Year 5-7) – Scaling to 1500 MW
✅ Expand to Large-Scale Hydro Projects: Secure and develop multiple 100+ MW projects.
